Hamlet Khachatryan
Hamlet is an English teacher in a rural Armenian village. He fosters student leadership and community development. Drawing from his childhood love for teaching, he creates opportunities for students to take initiative through Change-Based Learning. Students explore career paths and work on community improvement projects, developing leadership skills along the way. Collaboration, active listening, and independence are central to Hamlet’s approach, helping students grow into confident, proactive changemakers. The impact extends beyond the classroom, as students carry these initiatives forward and share their knowledge with future generations.

His mission is to empower students by enhancing leadership skills and advocating for meaningful change in the educational system in Armenia.
