Barbara uses VVOB’s gender-responsive toolkit to promote gender equality in her early childhood classroom. The toolkit helps her create a learning environment with equal access to resources and opportunities. Barbara addresses challenges such as resistance from students accustomed to traditional gender roles, advocating for inclusive practices and materials. Through challenging entrenched gender norms she aims to foster an educational environment where every student can thrive equally.
