Adapting to individual students in large classes
Guyot teaches in secondary school classes with more than 70 students and is always looking for ways to adapt to student variability. He uses icebreakers and other strategies to keep all students engaged. He gets to know his students to understand how they can best help each other. Guyot is constantly moving around the class to identify learners’ needs. He empowers students to lead and motivate others in the group.
