Katrina d’Apice is a doctoral student in Education at the University of York. Her research explores associations between children’s home environments and their linguistic, cognitive and behavioural outcomes, using digital language technology LENA to gather naturalistic observations. She holds a master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology, and previously worked as a science teacher in secondary education for several years.
