Roisin Perry

Roisin Perry is a Lecturer in Psychology at University of West London. Her research focuses on how cognitive development unfolds in typical and neurodivergent childhoods and the causes of individual differences in cognitive development. She is also interested in how inequalities in educational and mental health outcomes arise and change across development, and how we can promote more positive outcomes for children and young people at risk for poor mental health and attainment. Roisin completed her PhD in 2024 at UCL Institute of Education, which focused on social inequalities in cognitive development and educational outcomes during adolescence.
