Julia Mori is a postdoctoral researcher and lecturer at the Institute of Educational Science at the University of Bern in Switzerland and a senior researcher at the University of Teacher Education in Special Needs. Her research centers around positive education that not only promotes effective learning in school, but also supports children’s and young adolescents’ socio-emotional development. Through her initiative to facilitate well-being in schools, she actively contributes her expertise to projects aimed at promoting a supportive and healthy learning environment. She is passionate about bridging the gap between research and praxis by communicating research in a way that reaches educators, policymakers, and parents. By sharing evidence-based research findings and reflecting on lessons learned, she aspires to contribute to a better understanding of the conditions necessary for children and youth to learn and flourish.
