Jennifer E. Symonds is a positive developmental scientist of young people’s engagement and well-being. She is an Associate Professor of Education at University College Dublin (UCD), Ireland, and a Fellow of the Geary Institute for Public Policy. Jennifer and her team in the Engagement in Learning, Schools and Societies Lab are exploring the development of engagement and disaffection in educational contexts, to help engage at risk students, and promote human flourishing.
