Janina Roloff-Bruchmann is head of a Junior Research Group at the IPN – Leibniz Institute for Science and Mathematics Education, Kiel, Germany. Her main research interests include the effects of teachers’ personality and professional competence on their instructional quality and student outcomes. Janina holds a PhD in Psychology and was a fellow of the College for Interdisciplinary Educational Research (CIDER).
