Elizabeth Shuey is a policy analyst in the Directorate for Education and Skills at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). She is engaged in international early childhood research to inform policy. She is also a Learning Sciences Exchange (LSX) fellow through the Jacobs Foundation in co-operation with New America and ICIS.
