Alex Lloyd is a Lecturer in Child and Adolescent Mental Health at UCL. His research examines how adolescents’ cognitive and emotional development might relate to mental health problems, as well as how we can deliver school-based interventions to reduce rates of mental health problems in this age group. Alex is also a trustee at the youth work charity Dragon Hall Trust. He has given a TEDx talk on the importance of taking a public health approach to youth crime.
