Irina Hotz is program lead at the Jacobs Foundation. With a background in the private sector and a degree in political science and economics, she manages the Jacobs Foundation’s cross-sectoral corporate partnerships. She divides her time between Côte d’Ivoire and Zurich, supporting the local development of the program and structuring TRECC’s partnerships with 12 of the world’s largest cocoa and chocolate companies focusing on quality education initiatives.

Irina Hotz has a political science degree from the University of Lausanne, a master’s degree with honors of the University of Neuchatel in Economic Policy and is alumnus of INSEAD’s executive education program on Management.
