Fren Dieusaert
Fren Dieusaert is a doctoral researcher in psychology at KU Leuven (Belgium), funded by the Research Foundation – Flanders (FWO). Qualified as a secondary education teacher (English and physics), he holds a clinical master’s degree in orthopedagogics as well as a postgraduate specialization in Infant Mental Health. His doctoral research investigates the development of executive functions and teacher–child relationships in early childhood education. Drawing on practice in family residential care, research at the KU Leuven Babylab, and training in attachment, mentalization, and infant neurodevelopment, he strives to exemplify the scientist-practitioner model by bringing together developmental science and everyday support for educators and families.
