Alessia Colacino is currently studying psychology at the University of Zurich. She is in her final year. After graduation, Alessia plans to pursue postgraduate training to become a federally recognized psychotherapist. She is particularly drawn to cognitive behavioral therapy and systemic therapy, finding both approaches fascinating in terms of their practical application and theoretical depth.
Alessia has a strong interest in the science of sleep, as its importance is often underestimated in psychological research and practice – especially during the sensitive developmental period of adolescence, when healthy sleep plays a crucial role in emotional and cognitive wellbeing.
