Isaac Galindo

Isaac piloted the Teaching as Collective Leadership project in Mexico, where he faced challenges teaching in a marginalised community. He struggled to create dynamic and engaging classes. However, after joining the Teaching as Collective Leadership project, he gained a better understanding of teaching methodologies and learning tools, which helped him improve his teaching approach. He made his lessons more interactive and enjoyable for his students through creating TikTok videos and discussing historical events using propaganda posters.

Isaac Galindo

Isaac Galindo is a secondary school teacher in Baja California, Mexico. He started his career as a mechanical engineer and turned to education following his passion for teaching and learning. He currently works in an underserved public school in Baja California, where he teaches secondary school students. Thanks to his participation in the Teach For All program on leadership, Isaac gained confidence and built pedagogical skills to better connect with his students.
