Helping students open up and express themselves
In Doha in Qatar, Aljawhara participated in the Teach For All research project on collective leadership in education. Aljawhara implemented a learning circle in her classroom to encourage her students to open up and express themselves. She received valuable advice from her mentor, Khalid Yasin, which helped her gain confidence in her teaching. Aljawhara’s dedication to providing love and support to her students has had a positive impact. One student expressed gratitude for the confidence she gave her.

Aljawhara Aladba is a young teacher from Qatar who participated in the Teach For All research project on collective leadership. She has two years of teaching experience. She teaches primary school children in an all-girls school in Doha. She is passionate about instilling confidence in her students.
