Cindy-Anne transformed her teaching approach and redesigned her art classroom to create a supportive, flexible learning environment. Initially strict, Cindy-Anne adapted her methods, introducing art stations and allowing students more freedom to explore and create. This shift greatly benefited a student with ADHD, who now thrives in the uncluttered, choice-rich space. Cindy-Anne’s evolution in teaching has helped all her students, especially those with executive function challenges, by fostering ownership and creativity.

“I started this project because several teachers complained to me about the situation of students not being able to submit their homework, and about the school system requesting the teachers to chase the students to submit the homework.”
