Helping teens with ADHD overcome digital distractions
Bryan grew up with ADHD, and his mission now is to help teens with ADHD stay focused on their homework. Collaborating with experts like Melissa Dvorsky, he founded a platform called Clarify that provides tools to minimise digital distractions, promote mono-tasking, and offer rewards for staying focused. Bryan focuses on the strengths of individuals with ADHD – creativity and determination are valuable attributes. He wants teens to develop effective coping mechanisms to harness these strengths and overcome challenges.

“There used to be a place in the library or the kitchen countertop where you would only do your homework and you wouldn’t have your games around you today. Instead, we have computers where you have your really tedious homework next to social media, your video games, all in one place. It’s not a surprise that students are having struggles with distraction.”
