Medha Tare

Director of Research, Learner Variability Project, Digital Promise

Medha Tare is the Director of Research for the nonprofit Learner Variability Project at Digital Promise. She is also a 2020-2022 Learning Sciences Exchange Fellow. Her work aims to support a richer and more equitable education for each learner by taking into account the many factors that impact PreK-adult learning. Her research translation efforts involve using a whole child framework to create open-source resources that put the latest evidence-based practices at educators’ fingertips. She earned her PhD in Developmental Psychology from the University of Michigan and has published in numerous public and academic outlets.
