Sarah Zurmühle is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Psychology at the University of Zurich. She is particularly interested in couple and family psychology, and plans to complete postgraduate training to become a federally recognized psychotherapist with a focus on cognitive behavioral therapy and systemic therapy.
Sarah believes that understanding psychological problems in children often requires looking at their entire system, including, for example, parental relationships and the school environment. Sleep is also an important factor. When a child suffers from disturbed sleep and, as a result, experiences psychological and physical symptoms, it can disrupt the balance of the entire family system.
