Etienne met a group of young school leaders participating in an onboarding course on effective school leadership. One of them, still early in her role, hopes to learn how to better support teachers, especially those without formal training, by improving teaching quality and fostering continuous professional development. She also seeks to build confidence in her leadership role. Etienne sees young leaders recognizing gaps in their knowledge, and addressing them through programs like school leadership diplomas.
